It’s official – one of our favourite style influencers is engaged and we couldn’t be happier for her.
Sophie Murray’s long-term boyfriend – Sam Donovan known to Sophie’s large following as ‘Sam Bae’ proposed in Australia with Sophie uploading a video of the moment with the caption: “It’s a yes in every lifetime.”
The pair are currently on holiday in Australia visiting Sophie’s siblings who have lived over there for the past few years.
Sam and Sophie met at the Electric Picnic festival back in 2018 and they have been together since. The couple now go back to the festival every year to celebrate their anniversary.

Sophie later shared an up-close snap of her stunning engagement ring, with a princess-cut diamond and pear-shaped diamond.
She captioned the post: “fiancbaé we will never have the words to thank you for the love, support and kindness that you have shown us, and it will forever mean the world to us, more than you will ever know.

This particular ring is known as a “toi et moi” ring has lives on the manifestation boards of many hopeful brides-to-be since the model and actress Emily Ratajkowski was proposed to with.
A “toi et moi” ring, translates from French to “you and me,” it’s a style of ring that features two stones set side by side, symbolising the union of two individuals and two becoming one.

This type of ring gained popularity in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, particularly during the Victorian era, and remains a timeless choice for engagement rings, anniversary rings, or simply as a meaningful gift between partners with such a beautiful meaning behind them.
True to form, Sophie’s ring is timeless and elegant and now we just can’t wait to see her wedding dress!
