Roz Purcell swapped her hiking gear for a gorgeous gúna for this year’s Platinum VIP Style Awards.
But she didn’t give up her bright colours with her Solace London gown.
Of course, there is another big dress that she’ll have to pick up – her wedding dress.
However, Roz is quick to confess that wedding planning is pretty much non-existent at the minute.

“The wedding planning isn’t going anywhere. I haven’t really done anything. Work has been really busy. So this will definitely be a long engagement,” she confesses.
“The hardest part is finding somewhere where we actually want to get married. We have an idea of what we want but we don’t know where.”
We can’t wait to see her gorgeous wedding because we know that she will have such a unique style!
So has life changed since she has gotten engaged?
“We were going out eight years before we got engaged, so it’s not like anything changes. But now when I saw boyfriend people correct me and say fiancé. So that’s the only thing that’s changed.”
She quickly adds with a laugh: “I do feel older and that’s not a good thing!”
She has mentioned how busy work is. That work being alongside Emma Power on their weekend show on RTÉ 2FM.
“I am so lucky to work with Emma, we’re best friends,” she enthuses.
“Going in to work with your best friend, not many people get to do that. The only thing is that we have to make sure everything we say is above board! You know what it’s like when you’re with your best friend.
“So we’ve gotten very good at saying things without saying it! Our eye contact is very good!” she laughs.
Apart from that, she adds “I’m continuing the Hike Life, it takes up a lot of my time. The book was such a huge success last year. I want to do more of that.”
